Introduction
EKSA has been introduced by MAMPU in January 2014 as the initiative to enhance the existing public sector 5S. This initiative is line with efforts to strengthen the organisational culture of high performance & innovation among public sector agencies by providing a conducive environment, work culture & positive value at workplace.
The implementation of EKSA is based on improvised of 5S Practices (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) and emphasizing on newly added 5 new elements:
- Corporate Image
- Creativity and Innovation
- Go Green Practice
- Conducive Environment
- Agency Diversity
